<p dir="ltr">Raw dataset and analysis for Figure 3E:</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><b>Figure 3: AAV9-GFP transduction in kidneys of wild type and Alport mice injected at low (6.6x10</b>^{<strong>12</strong>}<b> vg/kg), medium (3.3x10</b>^{<strong>13</strong>}<b> vg/kg) and high (1.65x10</b>^{<strong>14</strong>}<b> vg/kg) dose. </b>In total, 6 (3 WT and 3 Col4a5 KO) 8-week-old mice per group were injected with either AAV9-GFP or saline. <b>E)</b> Colocalization for WT1 and GFP signals was quantified using QuPath and plotted as the percentage of GFP-positive podocytes.
