3D micro-CT morphology data of benthic foraminifera in the Baltic Sea during the Last Interglacial

We analyzed the benthic foraminiferal species Elphidium clavatum with respect to size, surface area, volume, thickness, and pores by using synchrotron radiation X-ray microcomputed tomography (SRµCT).
