Energetic parameters reported include dihedral energy per dihedral for n-alkanes, dihedral energy changes in n-alkanes upon encapsulation inside capsular-assembly, CNT-alkane contributions to the capsular assembly, CNT-alkane vdw interactions and CNT-CNT vdw interactions.
