Image Dataset of Clinical Urine Test Results on Petri Dishes

The chamber consists of a white acrylic cubic box made to set a standard environment for the photos, with appropriate conditions of positioning and lighting. The hardware chamber technical drawing is provided in the methods folder. The camera used is embedded in a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 mobile phone with a 4: 3 sensor ratio and 12-megapixel.

(The images on the dataset have a 3024-by-3024 pixels resolution each, which is the original camera output resolution considering a square cut to convert the sensor's ratio from 4:3 to 1:1). A mobile software application, using React Native as front-end technology and Firebase as back-end-as-a-service, was developed to support image acquisition.
