Dataset for Indoor Air Temperature Measurements using Ultrasonic Travel-Time Tomography

The data was collected across a decreasing and increasing indoor air temperature scenarios within the climate chamber laboratory of the Building Physics department at Bauhaus-University Weimar. The temperatures derived from the ATOM system were compared against those recorded by highly accurate NTC thermistors as a benchmark.

The measurements encompassed both steady state and transient conditions. Moreover, the developed ultrasonic setup contains a preamplifier to enhance the power of the recorded signal. This preamplifier introduces a phase shift which should be measured and compensated accordingly.
