KRONA is an interactive visualization tool for microbiome research that intuitively displays the taxonomic composition of microbial communities (at various levels such as phylum, class, genus, and species) through dynamic multi-layered pie charts, making complex taxonomic annotation data easily understandable.
Description
It can quickly reveal the distribution of dominant and rare microbial populations in samples, facilitating comparisons of microbial differences between different groups, and helping researchers rapidly identify dominant and rare species in samples.
