The 51K SNP data of two tomato collections

The 162 and 191 tomato accessions were used as training population to assess prediction accuracy of genomic selection (GS).
Description
These accessions were genotyped using the 51K Axiom SNP array. The resulting SNP data were used for GS analysis.
