Replication Data for: Contrast between adjoining stands drives timber harvest edge effects on boreal birds

The dataset includes inputs for a 34-species multispecies occupancy model using detections within 150 m at 189 transects, four 25-species datasets for detection-radius sensitivity analyses (75, 100, 125, and 150 m), and prepared 150-m Hill-number diversity and community-dissimilarity data. Each occupancy-model file contains the Stan input, species names and order, and location and transect metadata.

These are prepared analysis inputs; raw audio recordings, original WildTrax exports, and spatial data are not included. Analysis scripts are available at github.com/IsabelleLebTay/regenerating-harvest-edges.git.
