Biogeochemical data were collected from August 7 to 18 2021, on board the Coriolis II research vessel in the Lower Estuary and the Gulf of St.
Description
Lawrence. This data set includes biogeochemical parameters analyzed in the laboratory from water samples, including chlorophyll a concentration, pigment concentrations, cell abundance as well as total particulate and non-algal particulate absorption values.
For the majority of the station visited, water samples were collected at the surface and at a second depth in the water column, most often corresponding to the maximum depth of chlorophyll a.
