This dataset consists of seven folders, each corresponding to the raw files for the two main figures and six supplementary figures presented in the manuscript.
Description
The folders are named identically to the main and supplementary figures as labeled in the article.All TIF files within the folders contain uncropped original Western blot (WB) images. The bands featured in the published figures are outlined by red boxes, with descriptive text annotations specifying relevant information for each band.
Subfolders hold raw immunofluorescence images captured using an LSM980 confocal laser scanning microscope.Excel spreadsheets stored in the folders contain the raw quantitative statistical data reported in the manuscript, all derived from three independent replicate experiments.
