These cases were carefully selected by experienced legal professionals and accurately annotated to ensure the reliability and practicality of the data.

The original data is organized in a compressed file and divided into three independent files, representing the plaintiff, defendant, and court. Each file follows a consistent format specification and is divided into two columns: the first column is "text" and the second column is "label", corresponding to the category of argumentative elements in the text. Special statement: Although this dataset has been privatized, there may still be some privacy information that has not been fully processed.
