Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue), and TLR4 expression is shown in green. Representative images suggest higher TLR4 immunofluorescence in the LPS-treated group than in the control group.

Pro-inflammatory cytokines <i>TNF-α</i>, <i>IL-1β</i>, and <i>IL-8</i> were significantly upregulated in the LPS-treated group compared with the control group. Anti-inflammatory cytokines <i>IL-4</i> and <i>IL-10</i> also showed significantly increased expression, whereas <i>TGF-β</i> expression was increased but did not reach statistical significance following LPS stimulation. Data are presented as the mean ± SD from three biological replicates (n = 3); each biological replicate was analyzed using five technical replicates. *<i>p</i> < 0.05, **<i>p</i> < 0.01.</p>
