Each row of data is the intensity of the calcium imaging signal for each voxel in the central brain at the same time. the sample frequency is 20Hz.### mask file`brain_voxel_mask.npy`* volume matrix shaped in (314, 147, 87) with 0 or 1 value. It was used to restore the voxel in the data file to three-dimensional coordinates.### example Python code`basic_usage.py`* Example code showing how to load the data and convert the 2D matrix to a 4D matrix.
