This dataset defines a self‑coined term "post‑hip", referring to the pathological structure of insufficient acetabular coverage of the femoral head formed when abnormal ligament stress pushes the femoral head past the critical point of outward migration after marriage and childbirth in adult women.

Tracing clues suggest that among adult female patients diagnosed with acetabular dysplasia due to insufficient acetabular coverage, after excluding high‑dislocation cases, most patients with insufficient coverage fall into the post‑hip category.
