Description
(B) Geometric alignment over time. Mahalanobis distance to the assigned state centroid with in-cloud status (inside/outside the 95% state boundary).
(C) Time-resolved feature importance highlighting variables associated with state maintenance or shifts at selected intervals. Feature colors denote physiological domains (hematologic, hemodynamic, neurologic, respiratory, electrolyte). The patient shown is a real, de-identified eICU-CRD patient, not a synthetic or schematic example; ‘expired’ refers to ICU mortality.</p>
