An analysis dataset of mitophagy-related genes in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome by using WGCNA to map gene networks and employs machine learning techniques to identify key OSAS-related genes.

To our knowledge, this was the first bioinformatical analysis evaluating the correlation between mitophagy-related genes and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Our submission utilizes WGCNA to map gene networks and employs machine learning techniques to identify key OSAS-related genes.

We further elucidate their biological roles and construct a predictive nomogram, enhancing the understanding of OSAS pathogenesis. This study employs bioinformatics to uncover novel genes associated with OSAS, potentially paving the way for early diagnostics and deeper insights into the condition's molecular underpinnings.
