A dataset of carbon and water fluxes of the cropland ecosystem at Aksu Station from 2017 to 2020

The raw observation data were collected at the flux observation site in the station. Based on the ChinaFLUX data processing system, the raw observation data were processed to produce this standardized dataset of ecosystem carbon and water fluxes and key meteorological elements.

In this dataset, the data for each year consists of eight Excel data files, divided into two categories: LITE, which includes the main fluxes and meteorological variables, and ALL, which adds data quality and interpolation indicators on top of LITE. Each category has four data files, including data files at four scales: half-hour (HH), day (DD), month (MM), and year (YY). This dataset is of great significance for accurately evaluating the status and role of carbon and water fluxes in the regional and global carbon and water cycles of agricultural ecosystems in arid areas of Xinjiang.
