Supplemental Materials for "Integrating Visual Condition Indices, Vehicle Operating Cost Savings, and Expert Judgment for Repair Prioritization of District Roads: A Case Study in Trenggalek Regency, Indonesia"

Table S1 gives the worked Surface Distress Index computation, and Table S2 the worked Pavement Condition Index computation for the Pule–Karangan link, STA 0+000–0+100. Table S3 gives the one-at-a-time weight sweep of the priority score.

The analysis script ahp_weight_uncertainty.py contains the elicited pairwise comparisons of all four respondents and reproduces the individual and group AHP weights and consistency ratios, the priority scores under six modeling combinations, the one-at-a-time weight sweep, and both Monte Carlo rank-stability experiments: 20,000 weight vectors drawn uniformly on the simplex, and 20,000 bootstrap resamples of the respondents' own priority vectors.
