Surveys of National Policy Toward Gambling

This series contains four social surveys. Responses from a national sample include demographic information on gambling activities and expenditures, leisure and recreation habits, and attitudes about problem gamblers and legalized gambling.

Another survey includes the same information for a sample of people from Neva da. A survey of a sample of police chiefs from large city and state police departments includes information on enforcement of gambling laws, illegal gambling, and information about the respondent and the department. Another survey contains the same information for a sample of delegates to a 1975 Fraternal Order of Police conference.
