Description
The data consist of three groups:the PAM non-infectious control group(MOCK),the wild-type virus-infected PAM group (JXA1-WT), and the mutant virus JXA1-NSP1b-K124R infected PAM group (JXA1-NSP1b K124R).After 24 hours of viral infection,samples were collected and transcriptome sequencing was performed to compare the changes between different groups.
