Congress presentation: IMS 2026 Elinzanetant improves Patient Global Impression of sleep disturbance severity and change in postmenopausal women with moderate-to-severe vasomotor symptoms: OASIS-1 Phase III actigraphy substudy

<p dir="ltr">The OASIS-1 actigraphy substudy evaluated elinzanetant's effects on patient-perceived sleep disturbance vs placebo using Patient Global Impression of Severity (PGI-S) and Patient Global Impression of Change (PGI-C), patient-reported outcome measures capturing sleep problem severity and perceived change over time. Elinzanetant improved both objectively measured sleep continuity and patient-perceived sleep disturbance severity and change in postmenopausal women with VMS, supporting convergence across actigraphy and patient-reported outcomes.</p>
