Recovery Strategies to Enhance the Performance of Latvian Martial Arts Athletes

The study compares post-exercise methods: cryosauna/cold-water immersion and foam rolling. The dataset consists of seven separate but interconnected CSV files (workbooks) that share a consistent formatting structure.

These files show the athletes' performance readiness as pre- and post-test results, including demographic data, the Latvian recovery-stress questionnaire (RESTQ), the determination test (DT) from the Vienna test system, delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS), the countermovement jump (CMJ), muscle function testing of the lower limbs with an Isokinetic dynamometer, and the modified taekwondo anaerobic intermittent kick test (TAIKT).
