The dataset consists of fungal specimens collected in the Mazurian Landscape Park (Poland) in October 2025.
Description
For most of the specimens ITS barcode was sequenced. Sampling, morphological and molecular identification and data preparation were performed by members of the Students Club of Biology of Microorganisms.
