Listed in DataCite

Electromyography data for upper limb muscles of 35 female participants during cereal grinding using saddle quern and rotary quern.

Description

Saddle quern grinding was performed using reciprocal motion. Rotary quern grinding was performed using clockwise and anticlockwise rotary motion.

Experimental grinding was continuous and each trial was around 20 seconds. Each trial was divided into cycles. One cycle of saddle quern grinding was one reciprocal to-and-fro movement.
