Pentagon Correspondence Control Record (PENTCCR) Index

This series contains index records for the correspondence of the Secretary of the Army, Chief of Staff Army, and Headquarters Department of the Army Staff levels. Included in each index record are fields documenting the security classification, dates of the document and its entry into the system, suspense and action dates, originator, addressee, action office, keywords, document description and control number, microfiche number and starting and ending image numbers, and related records.
