Fauna of Pipunculidae and Psilidae (Diptera) in some regions of European Russia

The dataset includes the results of a study of Pipunculidae and Psilidae (Diptera) in 2018-2024 in 8 regions of European Russia. 87 localities were surveyed. 1,358 specimens from Pipunculidae (1,122) and Psilidae (236) out of 102 species (79 and 23, respectively) have been reliably identified.
Description
Of these, 397 specimens were female (29.2%). For most of the studied regions, all found species are new to their fauna.
