Non‑Prioritized Traffic Analysis in Multi‑Layer Networks

Listed in RODBUK AGH

The aim is to analyze Internet traffic in a neutral network scenario, where all flows are treated equally and no priority mechanisms are applied.

Description

The scope includes the design and implementation of a discrete‑event simulator, the integration of a traffic model without prioritization, and the collection of performance indicators such as bandwidth blocking probability and resource utilization. The essential part of the work is to provide the simulator source code and the corresponding numerical results, which together allow a systematic evaluation of non‑prioritized traffic behavior in multi‑layer networks.
