Data for bremsstrahlung double-differential cross sections of Ti, Cu, Ag and Au atoms by 10-25 keV electron impact

Absolute measurements of the bremsstrahlung double-differential cross sections (DDCSs) for photons radiated at 90 degrees generated by the collisions of 10-25 keV electrons and down to approximately 3 keV photon energy with four thin-film targets Ti, Cu, Ag and Au have been performed by Ling Li et al. and published in Physical Review A 107 (2023) L020802. Our experimental scaled DDCSs, which were used to plot figures in Physical Review A 107 (2023) L020802, are given in the following tables: 1.
