Physicochemical properties and detailed lipid composition of the samples

The objective of this step is to characterize the project samples and understand their physical and chemical composition.
Description
The results are described in terms of: free fatty acid content and acidity value; glyceride compound content and classes; unsaponifiable matter content; fatty acid composition; free and esterified sterol content; and tocopherol content and classes.
