<p>ICC analysis of cultures shows the total number of TH(+) neurons (A,E), the length of their neurite network (B,F), the area of cytoplasmic α-syn per TH(+) neuron (C,G) and lysosome burden as area of LAMP2(+) vesicles per TH(+) neuron (D and H), expressed as % of control (CTR).
Description
Raw values for MPP<sup>+</sup> & Rotenone CTR (i.e., 100%); sum TH(+) neurons per well, i.e., per biological replicate = 18 ± 0.5 & 26 ± 1; neurite network = 889 ± 57 & 929 ± 24 µm; α-syn area/TH(+) neuron = 29 ± 2.1 & 28 ± 1 µm<sup>2</sup>; ratio LAMP2/TH(+) = 10 ± 0.3 & 10 ± 0.5, respectively.
Each bar represents the mean ± SEM, one-way ANOVA followed by Fisher’s test. <sup>####</sup>p < 0.0001 from CTR and *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01; ***p < 0.001 or ****p < 0.0001 from MPP<sup>+</sup> or Rotenone treatment, (n = 4-6 / group).</p>
