Soil life in de-impermeabilized schoolyards

It includes three complementary components: ant communities recorded from baited sampling, and earthworms and fungi detected using environmental DNA (eDNA). The objective is to provide standardized occurrence and abundance information for several taxonomic groups sampled at the same locations and dates, enabling comparative analyses of biodiversity patterns across sites and sampling methods.

Ant data consist of site-level occurrence and abundance records derived from attractant baits. Earthworm and fungal data are based on eDNA detections from environmental samples; values represent detection-based abundance proxies and are provided as standardized records for biodiversity reporting. Environmental and site descriptors were recorded during sampling but are not included in this occurrence file.
