1990–2026 Single-Case Longitudinal Disease Course Tracing: A Documentary Dataset of New Etiology Clues for Potential Mainstream Population of Post‑Hip (Post‑Hip, P‑HIP) in Adult Women

This dataset, recorded by the researcher who is also the patient, fully documents the 36-year long-term course of Post-Hip (P-HIP) starting from 1990, and traces the formation mechanism of the pathological structure of acetabular-femoral head undercoverage. Different from the clinically known "congenital hip dysplasia (CHD)", the course and etiology of such conditions in more adult women are not caused by congenital factors, but by acquired acetabular-femoral head undercoverage. The author recorded the onset point of acquired acetabular-femoral head undercoverage caused by dystocia in 1990. For many years afterwards, this condition was clinically diagnosed as congenital acetabular dysplasia, and a total hip arthroplasty was clinically recommended in 2025. Based on 36 years of observation of the long-term disease course, the author put forward the new concept of "Post-Hip (P-HIP)", and launched the corresponding self-intervention in December 2025. At the reexamination in August 2026, the outpatient doctor's radiographic evaluation has been adjusted from "urgent surgery" to "no surgery needed". This dataset completely retains the full-course evidence of the patient over 36 years, and can provide first-hand original materials for related orthopedic medical research.
