Records of helminths of common amphibians and reptiles species made in terms of a project "Parasites and the Sixth Extinction: Studying the Status of Parasite Assemblages and Populations of Model Animal Groups in the Current Biodiversity Crisis" on the territory of Ukraine

The dataset presents the records of helminths made in the collected 14 species of common herpetofauna representatives of Ukraine (7 reptiles species (2 of which are invasive and were examined for the presence of helminths for the 1st time in Ukraine) and 7 amphibian species.
Description
The dataset is the largest data aggregation of such info on intestinal parasitic organisms published from the territory of Ukraine. Some of the records refer to the earlier collection of material that was processed and examined for the presence of helminths within the framework of the related project.
