Tide Sensors

At the Mason Creek tide gauge, the water flows through a weir system (small dam) that alters the flow characteristics of the water; data from this tide station will differ from the other four tide stations. Although the City makes every effort to ensure the tide gauges are accurate, we cannot guarantee the calibration or proper functioning of the gauges and accurate recording of measured tide levels at all times.
