Raw mass spectrometry data for Hunter et al "Reverbα regulates liver and adipose tissue response to systemic metabolic challenge".
Description
Data represent two proteomics studies, on a Reverba k.o. and a Reverb-DBD ko respectively. Data from .group files contain all raw data and can be accessed by downloading the free ProteinPilot software viewer from www.sciex.com.
Also presented are the raw peptide summary outputs from these studies.
