Survey Relating to Air Traffic Controller Job Performance

This series contains an accumulation of personal history and job performance data on a sample of controllers who attended classes at the Federal Aviation Administration Training Center during Fiscal Years 1957 through 1959. Data were collected on two Forms: Form A (Personal History Statement) and Form B (Performance Evaluation).

Data on Form A includes name, facility, date of birth, title, promotion recom mendation, separated data, resigned data, and reasons for transferring. Form B data are ratings by supervisors on 16 evaluation criteria. This data comprises government records extracted from the Archival Research Catalog (ARC).
