RNA-seq of cold stressed C. elegans

Listed in NCBI GEO

Cold stressed and non-stressed wild type, sgk-1(ok538), pqm-1(ok485) and pqm-1(ok485); sgk-1(ok538) animals are collected for RNA-seq analysis, to reveal transcripteome changes.

Description

Cold stress triggers fat reallocation from intestine to oocytes, which is regulated by mTORC2/SGK-1 and PQM-1. To understand the underlying mechanism, animals are cold stressed at adult day 1 and collected for RNA-seq analysis.
