Authors: Sydney D. Pearce, David F. Kelton, Charlotte B. Winder, Jan M. Sargeant, Jamie Goltz, E. Jane Parmley. Four supplementary documents are included and detail the following information: 1) additional results not included in the main manuscript, 2) list of articles included in the scoping review, 3) list of articles excluded from the scoping review at the full text screening stage, and 4) written and visual summaries of the scoping review results.
