The data correspond to all statistical analyses of the paper entitled "Morphological and Molecular Changes in the Cortex and Cerebellum of Immunocompetent Infected Mice Cerebellum of Immunocompetent Mice Infected with Zika Virus".
Description
The analyses of differential expression assays have been normalized using the equation 2^-(ΔCt) between the gene of interest and the reference gene GAPDH. Results published in the Journal Viruses
