Raw values for PGRN KO CTR (i.e., 100%); cells/image field = 140 ± 3.9; α-syn area/cell = 38.1 ± 2.8 µm<sup>2</sup>; LAMP2(+) area/cell = 51 ± 2.8 µm<sup>2</sup>. Each bar represents the mean ± SEM, one-way ANOVA followed by Fisher’s test. <sup>##</sup>p < 0.01 or <sup>####</sup>p < 0.0001 from CTR and *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01; ***p < 0.001 or ****p < 0.0001 from MPP<sup>+</sup> (n = 4-6 / group).</p>
