LSHTM Open Research Survey 2022 Dataset

The survey explored 10 open research practices: [1] Preregistration, Registered reports, [3] Research co-production, [4] Research verification, [5] Sharing preprints & other scholarly works prior to peer review, [6] Open Peer review, [7] Sharing public engagement literature, [8] Code sharing, [9] Sharing of Computer Assisted Designs, and [10] Sharing of physical materials.

The dataset contains responses of the 162 participants who completed the survey. This covers participant familiarity and use of each open research practices at the time they were completing the survey, intent to apply OR practices in the near future, motivations for applying open research practices, concerns and barriers that exist related to take-up and use of open research practices, as well as their training and guidance needs.
