Dataset for In vitro Reconstitution of Syncytin-2 and MFSD2A Reveals their Functional Tethering in Membrane Fusion Initiation

All the original data for this article have been consolidated into a single Excel file, which contains 6 worksheets named after the main and supplementary figures, corresponding to the original files for the 4 main figures and 1 supplementary figure in the article, respectively.All images in the spreadsheet include the raw Western blot (WB) images as well as the Coomassie-stained images of protein purification. The black boxes indicate the corresponding bands in the article, and the key information relevant to each band has been annotated.

Fig. 4 is further divided into two worksheets, Fig4-1 and Fig4-2, corresponding to the raw WB images of Fig. 4 and the raw data for the quantitative statistics, respectively. The raw data for the supplementary figure are provided in the worksheet named SupFig1.In addition, to facilitate readers in locating the relevant literature, we have also attached a literature search information sheet, named "literature search."
