The repository contains three data files: 1. Sequence Length Distribution: Summary of high-throughput sequencing (HTS) read length distributions across selected SELEX rounds (S2–S12). 2.
Sequence Frequencies & Tracking IDs: Read counts and Reads Per Million (RPM) data for the Top 100 aptamer clones.

Note
Full nucleotide sequence strings have been masked and replaced with unique tracking codes (e.g., A1–A100) to protect proprietary sequence information pending further functional characterization. 3. qPCR Melt Curve Analysis: Raw, processed, and normalized fluorescence derivative (-dF/dT) data demonstrating the thermal stability shifts and structural evolution of the aptamer pools. These datasets validate the pool-level enrichment trends and support the utility of the Normalized Enrichment Index (NEI) proposed in the study.
