I created this file on 17 Oct 1989 for Hoogland 1995.
Description
I assume that I checked this file TWO TIMES at creation. I used data from this file for creation of Figure 16.7 in Hoogland 1995, Page 388 Year = year of observation Female body masses are from the following three days: (a) two days before parturition (b) one day before parturition, and (c) on day of parturition Parturition = giving birth All data from BTPDs at Rankin Ridge study-colony at Wind Cave National Park All body masses in GRAMS BTPD year = 83 = 1983, 84 = 1984, 85 = 1985, etc.

This file ready for longterm storage on 25 March 2025. I considered data from the same prairie dog in different years to be independent.

Similar data are available for GPDs, but NOT for UPDs and WTPDs because of so much disturbance associated with trying to capture female prairie dog on day of parturition These data are identical to data used for BTPDs in Hoogland 1995, page 388.
