The file includes, per level, all main certificates obtained by students in higher professional education in one academic year. It concerns all main certificates at the levels Propaedeutic course, Bachelor's degree course, Master's degree course and Associate degree course.

In one academic year (period 1 Sept. until 31 Aug.) the file can contain more than one certificate per student, but not two certificates at the same level. For instance: a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree is possible, but two Bachelor degrees is not possible. The file does not include all propaedeutic diplomas (issued after the first year of studies).

Certificates of students at the Open University are not included in the file and only a few certificates of students at approved institutions are included.
