Evaluation of the Value Network Reference Model in 48 small restaurants in Bogotá (survey results)

This model allows determining the Value Network Level as a measure of business competitiveness in supply chain environments. The VNRM survey consists of 121 questions categorized on a five (5) point Likert scale.

From these primary data, a neural network model was defined and trained to predict this indicator directly from the seven (7) most significant predictors. [1] J. A.
