This submission addresses some of the specific aspects of the situation of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon and is the outcome of preliminary research conducted by Amnesty International on the conditions of Palestinian refugees in Lebanon.
Description
Amnesty International believes that the issues presented in this document raise important human rights concerns in relation to Lebanon's obligations under international human rights law in general, and under the Convention in particular.
This document is not intended to address all the human rights issues faced by Palestinian refugees and should not be regarded as dismissing any other human rights concerns relating to Palestinian refugees in Lebanon. The document also does not address other human rights issues in Lebanon that relate to racial discrimination.
