MorphCell datasets: 3D cellular morphology images, meshes and point clouds

It includes two-channel TIFF masks and membrane and nuclear surface meshes of colon cells, binary TIFF masks of wheat root cells, three-dimensional TIFF volumes of red blood cells, and standardized point-cloud datasets derived from colon cells, wheat root cells, red blood cells and the IntrA vascular dataset.Model-ready data are provided in HDF5 format.

Each sample contains 2,048 three-dimensional points together with a sample identifier and class label and can be used directly for training and evaluating MorphCell. Metadata, directory documentation and SHA-256 checksums are also included to support data verification and reuse.
