Molecular characterisation of the sheep duplicate GH gene. GH2-Z, Fragment 4.

Sanger sequences were produced after PCR amplification of the GH2-Z gene copy: the number on each file corresponds to each animal of the study population, the letter “Z” after the number means that the sequence was from the GH2-Z gene; the following letters correspond to the primer used for the sequencing reaction.

The .b extention corresponds to the forward fragments, while the .g extension corresponds to the reverse fragments (see the "St. Louis" read naming convention assumed by Phrap, phrap.org/phredphrapconsed.html).
