Replication Data for: Autonomous year-round measurements of O3, CO, CH4 and N2O in the High Arctic with the Atmospheric Emitted Radiance Interferometer

These data are used in 'Autonomous year-round measurements of O3, CO, CH4, and N2O in the High Arctic with the Atmospheric Emitted Radiance Interferometer" by Hung et al. (2025). There is one netCDF file for each trace gas, and each includes the following data variables: timestamp for each retrieval (time), total column (tcol), degrees of freedom of signal (dofs), vertical profile information as a wet air volume mixing ratio (vmr), final RMS residual for retrieval (rms), averaging kernel matrix, as a flattened 1D array (ak), a priori wet air VMR profile (ap_vmr), total retrieval error (err), pressure profile (P), temperature profile (T), and retrieval grid representing the midpoints of each layer in the model atmosphere (z).

Version 2 of the dataset has some clarifications and corrections to the V1 data files. The units for the vertical profile variables (vmr and ap_vmr) were updated to part/part, and the altitude of the instrument (10 masl) was added to the files. The data fields vmr and ap_vmr were identical for some periods in the V1 data, and the V1 CH4 data were mistakenly the same as N2O.
